Though our bike seats were wet, we lucked out and it was clear on the way home from Gina's house. As soon as we got upstairs, Eliot took off his shoes, socks and pants. It is just the age? He came in and started playing with his magnet set, not even noticing that we had had a visitor. Miles didn't notice either.
Finally, I mentioned that there was a big sack by our shoes. We had left a note to Sinterklaas that we'd be at Mackaystraat on our bikes, so he and the Piets should leave any grote cadeautjes (big packages) at our house. Eliot ran over to check it out and grabbed his gift. Miles followed suit and found his "BIG" present. He tried to carry it by himself to the carpet. The boys were thrilled to open their gifts: the big tub of K-Nex for Eliot and a "choo-choo train" track and cargo Duplo set forMiles. (It's just like Christmas and Santa).

Miles gets right to work on making a track, which is one of his favorite things to do. Jim and Eliot start working on the first big project - a car with a spring loader.
