Jim made pancakes for the family Saturday morning. Then we cleaned a little and Eliot worked on a collage picture for Sinterklaas. Jim had to run an errand in the afternoon. I did laundry and we started to sort toys into two categories: bring home now or bring home when we go home for good. It was rainy most of the day, so we just stayed inside. In the evening the boys watched a movie and I wrote a poem for Sinterklaas before going to bed. We hung some colored flags and Eliot's second Sinterklaas picture from school by the shoe area.
We're so excited We don't know what to say
Time is flying by
Dinsdag is the big day
We've enjoyed everything
You've done up to now
However can we thank you
We'll find a way somehow
We've made pictures and poems
And left you a yummy treat
Eliot can't wait for the feest
For Beste Sint to meet
