Catching up with Friends
Our time in Boulder (12/12 - 12/19) was largely spent catching up with good friends. We met up with Carson (and Megan and Paul) on our first full day back. At first, the boys just looked at each other, but by dinnertime they were enjoying each other's company. That is, until Eliot fell asleep at the dinner table! Jetlag is so much fun!
"me, painting" [Miles]
We joined Carson for some ornament painting at Color Me Mine Studio. We parked on the street which still had some plowed snow. Miles exclaimed "ice." He wouldn't have remembered the last he saw snow (8 months ago). For the second year, Eliot and Carson exchanged ornaments. Miles intensely paints his reindeer into a beautiful brown. All had a grand time painting, while Megan and I ran around filling up paint and drying pieces!
