The first plane ride was pretty easy. After dinner the boys slept. We woke up for breakfast before landing. In Chicago, we had to gather our luggage and go through customs. Luckily, we found a porter, who went and got a big cart! It was easier than I expected and before we knew it, we were on our way to the other terminal for our flight to Denver. We got to take a train between terminals, and had to go through security again. Miles started asking for water on the plane before we landed; unfortunately, we weren't able to get any until we were back through security 45 minutes later. Our first stop on the other side of the TSA was for water! We had burgers and hot dogs for a snack before boarding United for Denver. The boys were tired, but also troopers. Miles ears really bothered him on the way down into Colorado. By 5 pm US time (1 am in Holland), we were "home."
