And Taking Care of Business
While we were in Boulder, we had plenty of things to take care of: doctor visits, dentist appointments, and checking on the house. Aunt Julie took the boys to the "fun place" to get their haircuts. We made a trip to the mall to buy a few clothes for me and the boys and Christmas gifts. Since I forgot to bring our stroller, we rented the huge double decker fire engine for the kids.
I took advantage of the 65 deg weather on Friday and planted the 70 tulip bulbs I had brought home with me! The boys enjoyed digging in the dirt and sand in the backyard and just feeling grass under their feet!
On Tuesday morning, I joined a tour of Eliot's neighborhood elementary school. Later in the week, I got him registered for Kindergarten next year.
