For this day, we didn't have intentions of starting early; we went to bed too late for that. We got ourselves packed up and filled with breakfast. Miles and Eliot played on the orange lobby furniture while Jim checked out. With about 4 hours to tour, we headed to the Musee d'Orsay. It was raining again, so we thought an indoor activity might be best. The boys were still tired from all the sightseeing.

Apparently, lots of other tourists had our idea too. This was the line to get into the Museum. The area in front of the museum had very realistic statues of an elephant, rhinoceros and wild horse. Pretty cool looking. We decided that it was not worth waiting with the boys, so we moved over to the Louvre and its park nearby. We thought we could check out the Musee de l'Orangerie. Little did we know, the line at the Monet museum was as long and didn't appear to be moving. Our idea for a rainy day was not unique. When we came by the Musee d'Orsay later, on our way to lunch, the line was as long, even in the pouring rain.
