Eliot's Travels

Monday was the first day of Herfsvakantie (fall break) for the Delft schools. Deborah called to see if we wanted to come and play with Timo and Astrid. We pulled together fixings for lunch and biked on over. The kids played up in Timo and Astrid's room. Then we had a nice lunch. Deborah stayed with the kids, while I ran a few quick errands: the bank, post office (to mail our ballots), Xenos to get a witches hat, and a grocery run. I was back within 45 minutes. The kids were all happily coloring. We took our art projects home in time for Astrid to get to her swimming lesson. Miles and Eliot both took good naps in the afternoon.
