On Sinterklaasjournaal broadcasted nationally at 17:40, there was much excitement as well as uncertainty in the 10-minute update:
* The maker of Sinterklaas' chair was quite proud of his work though Rick was worried because it looked too small (doll-house size). He learned that it was just a model of his stoel, so everything was fine.
* The grote piet huis still was not looking ready for Piets; the workers were busy inside and the dumpster was still be loaded up.
* The rain had stopped on half of the stoomboot but Sinterklaas' big red book got wet. The writing was still legible but the book needed to dry in the sun. The Piets forgot they needed to decorate the ship, so several came up with flags to start decorating. But wait a minute, on the horizon was a grote regenboog (big rainbow) right in the path of their stoomboot ... what will happen tomorrow?
* The weather report: chance of rain, snow, fog, and clouds; "one thing we know for sure is that it won't be sunny!"

Eliot and Miles moved from Boulder, CO to Delft, The Netherlands for the summer. Traveling from this old village, where will their adventures take the boys with their mommy (and daddy) for a guide?
