It is truly fall here. The temperature in the morning is between 45 and 50; it feels colder because of the high humidity. The wind has really bugun to pick up, which makes the bike rides a bit harder. I swear, it is up wind both ways to school !! The wind seems to be all over the place. It was a beautiful morning, so I snapped a few pictures. In Eliot's schoolyard the trees have nearly lost their leaves; half the time they are in the front hallway of the school. These trees were so pretty in the sunlight showing off their colors.
Today, Eliot's class took a field trip to the Delftse Hout - Delft Woods. The two Group 1-2 classes took Bus 64 (I guess the first one was too full and they had to wait for the next one) to the woods. They walked around the forest, picking up leaves and enjoying the nice fall day. They returned by bus. Eliot said they took up half of the bus. They had a nice time.
