Today, we woke up to a new day in the US. Certainly, change was on the American public's mind. It may be an interesting few years heading toward the 2008 presidential election. Today was a school day, like normal. I spent much of the day checking the news online and on CNN to follow election results. Eliot has been making me pictures with colored pencils, stamping prints, and oil pastels nearly every day at school. Today was not an exception.
In the afternoon, Eliot made a very cool marble run all by himself. It consisted of 2 marbles running down one long ramp, hitting a cement mixer truck which ran down a second ramp to hit Thomas the tank engine, knocking it onto a short section of train track and onto the carpet. Pretty creative design!! We got a couple of short videos of it. Miles wondered where Grandma and Grandpa were today.

Eliot and Miles moved from Boulder, CO to Delft, The Netherlands for the summer. Traveling from this old village, where will their adventures take the boys with their mommy (and daddy) for a guide?
