Van Dongeren Sand Works: Ap is quite the specialist (of the PhD type) in sand movement. After planning it out, the boys went to work on a big dam project. Eliot moves a big scoop of sand. After working on the dam, I can see why everyong has sand shovels with long handles!! Miles wants to be like the big boys and insists that his shirt be removed.
Jim, Martjn, Eliot and Miles emabrk on another project - making a sand castle with a moat. I have lower aspirations and make sand shapes of crabs, sea stars, seahorses, and duckies. Miles and Eliot happily squash them as soon as the mold is taken off!
