Curious sighting: during the World Cup, we saw this scene quite a bit. A bag or more often a backpack hanging on a Holland flag. Jim thought maybe it was pack up your bags, we are going to the Cup. I thought is might be to keep the flag from getting twisted in the wind - but that didn't work for this one! We're not sure, but it is quite funny looking.
