After the harbor cruise, we walked under the modern Erasmusbrug toward the Havenmuseum. Miles tries to dismount the stroller a little early. Eliot wanted me to take a picture of the picture of the big boats. It was 4:15; we decided to check out the Maritiem Museum (which we had also seen with John and Mary) since our museumkaart gives us free entrance.

The boys and I headed straight up to the playarea on the top floor, while mom, dad and Jim raced through the museum. I was hoping to spend some more time in the special exhibit on ship sculptures (bow ladies and model boats). Unfortunately, a new exhibit was being setup in its place. The boys had a great time feeding balls into the tube, watching them land in the catch basin and then dumping the balls on their heads. Fun stuff. We took the metro back to Rotterdam Centraal station and the train back to Delft. Eliot sang "metros, metros, everywhere" like he has since our Paris trip. In this picture, the boys are waiting for the Metro.
