A very nice dinner
After checking 5 restaurants in the Markt area, we settled on the one that Eliot thought sounded great. The Wijnhaven was too loud, our favorite Italian was closed, and the tapas cafe was also closed for holiday (it's low season). We had an amazing 4-course dinner at La Tasca Cucina Mediterranea. The owners and chefs were great and so nice to the kids. Luckily, we were the only ones in the restaurant for the first hour. The boys did great over our 2.5-hour dinner. We had a lovely meal and the dessert was fabulous. We snapped some great pictures that showed the ambiance of the room.
We walked our favorite route home via the two bridges and pedestrian paths. We caught this shot of Old Church. Mom, Eliot and Miles smile on the bridge.
