As I was going to sleep last night, I realized that I would be very disappointed and probably deeply regret if I did not make it to the two premier museusms in the Netherlands. I was really hoping mom felt up for a trip to Amsterdam today. Having seen so much of Holland and its treasure, I knew I had to make it to the Museumplein to catch the masterpieces. Mom felt fine and actually got a decent nights sleep. We ate breakfast and gathered our things to try and catch the 8:54 train to Amsterdam.
We missed the direct train by 2 minutes, but caught the next train to Hollandspoor (for the third time in 2 days) and transferred to a train to Amsterdam Centraal. We got to the station in just over an hour and hopped a tram to the Museumplein (museum square). The Amsterdam tram drivers don't mess around, so we grabbed a seat as quickly as we could.

Eliot and Miles moved from Boulder, CO to Delft, The Netherlands for the summer. Traveling from this old village, where will their adventures take the boys with their mommy (and daddy) for a guide?
