Miles' first birthday celebration with Aunt Julie. We decorated with traditional Dutch streamers (which we didn't know at the time) and had these cool tie-dyed/swirl balloons. The boys had a grand time throwing the balloons over the flags and chasing them around. Miles liked the marbles best of all! After such a big day, we didn't even have energy for cupcakes. 
We went to sleep hearing the marching bands at Taptoe Delft over at the Markt and watching the tower change colors: blue, red, purple, green and yellow. Huge grandstands were setup on the square for this marching band competition. I didn't get a great picture but they did: http://www.taptoedelft.nl/
