We had tacos for dinner at Eliot's request and then opened presents from me and Jim. He thought my gift of watercolor pencils was a "little boring." He loved the Darda racetrack with real NASCARs from Jim. The biggest gift was a new racecar comforter for his upper bunkbed. He had been saying since we returned from Holland that when he turned 5 he would sleep in his own bed if he had a new cool comforter. Sure enough, he slept on top that first night. Miles even slept below on the bottom bunk!
