Kinderdijk
John and Mary were interested in visiting the Unesco Heritage site of Kinderdijk to see its 19 water mills from the mid-1700s. Their website said the visitor's mill was open 4 more days, so we hopped in the car and headed there this morning. After hitting terrible traffic in Rotterdam, we made it to the ferry crossing right at Kinderdijk. It was quite windy, but a beautiful fall day. We had great skies amongst the windmill landscape.
